Details of the Job/Internship
Suzlon Group is hiring for a Legal – Corporate Matters position with 12–15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise and review banking and finance documentation including loan agreements, mortgages, pledges, and guarantees.
- Assist with M&A transactions, strategic deals, and related documentation.
- Provide legal support and streamline the intellectual property framework.
- Formulate and implement legal strategies, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee contract reviews, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and statutes.
- Draft, review, and implement corporate governance policies.
- Handle litigation related to corporate and legacy matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); specialization in relevant legal areas preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience in litigation, contracts, and corporate legal matters.
- Expertise in legal regulations, drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
