Details of the Job/Internship

GoKwik is hiring a Legal Intern to join its in-house legal team in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, and Partnership Agreements.
• Conduct research on corporate, fintech, and data protection laws (IT Act, DPDP Act, RBI guidelines).
• Support compliance documentation, registers, and audit records.
• Prepare internal legal summaries and policy notes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for contract execution and compliance.
• Assist with intellectual property management and filings.

Eligibility

• 5th-year B.A. LL.B (Hons.) student or recent law graduate from a National Law School or reputed university.
• Strong academic background, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in corporate, technology, or fintech law preferred.

Salary/Stipend
