Details of the Job/Internship
Infosys is hiring a Principal Legal Counsel with 12–18 years of relevant legal and compliance experience to join the Office of Integrity and Compliance in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and implement Infosys Whistleblower Program with global and regional scope.
- Handle global investigations and negotiate remediation measures.
- Contribute to Compliance & Integrity Plan development and reviews.
- Identify trends, resolve problems, and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR on whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Plan and conduct training and communication to strengthen the whistleblower program.
- Interpret new regulations and advise on policy administration.
- Manage complaints, investigations, and remediation processes.
- Utilize analytics and automation for risk evaluation (desirable but not mandatory).
Eligibility
- 12 to 18 years’ experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance programs and regulatory frameworks.
