Details of the Job/Internship

Xerox Holdings Corporation is hiring a Legal - Manager II with 10–15 years of experience to join their legal team in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate strategic and non-strategic commercial agreements.
Provide legal advice on complex business issues and applicable regulations such as IT, consumer, environmental, and competition laws.
Advise on employment law matters across India and APAC.
Support new business models and strategic initiatives.
Conduct training and awareness sessions on legal topics.
Liaise with regulators and authorities, manage contracts, and monitor performance.

Eligibility

LLB from a recognized university.
10–15 years of combined experience in law firms and in-house legal teams within global companies.
Strong legal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to provide strategic legal counsel and interact with senior stakeholders.
Experience in technology sector and regulatory liaison preferred.
