Details of the Job/Internship

Piramal Pharma Ltd is hiring an Apprentice – Legal with 0–1 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proceedings under Section 138, including notices, evidence collection, filings, and court appearances.
• Draft and review legal documents such as indemnities, affidavits, NOCs, and authorizations.
• Monitor regulatory amendments (D&C, LM, FSSAI, Consumer Protection, etc.) and assess their business impact.
• Maintain litigation tracker and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, HR) and external parties (law firms, ex-employees, customers).

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer from a reputed law school.
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers may apply).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
