Bizom is hiring a Legal & Company Secretarial Manager with over 5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- LLB with minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
- Company Secretary (CS) degree from ICSI with at least 3 years of experience in secretarial matters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience advising on corporate legal matters.
Eligibility
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams.
- Liaise with external counsel for litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Draft board and general meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and annual filings.
- Coordinate board meetings and maintain the document repository.
