Details of the Job/Internship
In-Solutions Global Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Legal & Compliance with 12–15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Oversee due diligence processes and contract management.
- Ensure adherence to Company Law, FEMA, RBI, SEBI, data privacy, and ESG regulations.
- Support audits and manage shareholder agreements.
- Develop and implement compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Contribute to IPR strategy and AI governance.
Eligibility
- Law graduate and Company Secretary; additional qualifications preferred.
- 12–15 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in FinTech or payments sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory laws and governance practices.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
