Details of the Job/Internship

BingX is hiring a Legal & Compliance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their remote team in the APAC region. This full-time, long-term role focuses on corporate governance, legal support, and regulatory compliance within the cryptocurrency industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings.
• Support board meetings and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Manage corporate documentation and liaise with external legal counsel and regulators.
• Draft, review, and organize contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on cryptocurrency-related laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial or crypto sector.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance practices is highly desirable.
