Details of the Job/Internship
Anveshan is hiring a Legal & Compliance Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time role with six days of work per week, involving corporate legal, regulatory, and compliance support in a fast-paced startup environment, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support corporate legal, regulatory, and compliance functions.
- Conduct due diligence and support fundraising compliance.
- Provide litigation support.
- Draft and vet contracts.
- Handle ROC, FEMA, and RBI statutory filings.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree, with semi-qualified Company Secretary being an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, labour laws, and contract management.
- Strong drafting, vetting, and liaison skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
