Anveshan is hiring a Legal & Compliance Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and ensure compliance in fundraising activities.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Draft and vet various contracts and legal documents.
• Handle ROC, FEMA, and RBI statutory filings.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for legal and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (semi-qualified CS is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, labour laws, and contract management preferred.
