Details of the Job/Internship

Bright Mind Enrichment is hiring a Legal & Compliance Associate to support compliance, governance, and risk management as the organisation expands its global outreach.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on non-profit regulations, liability, and employment law to ensure compliance.
• Identify legal risks in new initiatives and propose preventive solutions.
• Assist in maintaining organisational bylaws and adherence to 501(c)(3) requirements.
• Support protection of trademarks and copyrighted materials.
• Draft internal policies aligned with ethics, diversity, and community safety.
• Review legal and regulatory updates and inform relevant staff of potential impacts.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of 501(c)(3) governance, non-profit compliance, and intellectual property protection.
• Good organisational and project management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
