Details of the Job/Internship
S.B. Jain and Associates is hiring a Legal & Compliance Associate to join their office in Delhi-NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage corporate regulatory work, including ROC and MCA filings.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive statutory compliance documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Companies Act and other applicable corporate laws.
- Handle the drafting and filing of various forms and returns with statutory authorities.
- Liaise with internal teams and regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to strict regulatory timelines and filing schedules.
- Support the corporate legal team in performing due diligence and secretarial audits.
Eligibility
- Must be a graduate with an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates currently pursuing CA or CS are strongly preferred.
- Experience in handling ROC/MCA filings and managing statutory documentation.
- Solid understanding of the Companies Act and relevant corporate legal frameworks.
- Strong coordination skills for effectively liaising with internal teams and authorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting regulatory deadlines.
