Details of the Job/Internship
TruLex is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join their MNC client’s office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the legal compliance program.
- Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to identify compliance gaps.
- Prepare detailed and accurate compliance reports and assessments.
- Communicate audit findings and ensure timely resolutions.
- Educate employees on compliance requirements and legal best practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance systems.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed law school.
- 3–4 years of experience in a compliance or legal role.
- Strong knowledge of compliance tools, legal frameworks, and internal audit procedures.
- Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
- Immediate joining preferred.
