Finex is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Noida. The role involves overseeing regulatory and legal compliance, managing compliance processes, preparing legal documentation and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Manage and maintain compliance processes.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Develop compliance strategies.
- Handle legal and compliance-related matters and ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Expertise in regulatory and legal compliance.
- Experience in compliance management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation.
- Proficiency in transaction documents is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Company Secretary with a Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field is mandatory.
- Advanced law certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate or financial institution is advantageous.
