Details of the Job/Internship
UClean is hiring a Legal Compliance Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Faridabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, agreements, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Manage royalty collections and ensure timely payments.
- Identify and address legal risks in business operations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct compliance audits and departmental checks.
- Develop and implement governance policies and procedures.
- Train team members on legal and compliance-related topics.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of Indian corporate and labor laws.
- Experience in contract handling and royalty processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.
