Details of the Job/Internship
Godrej Enterprises Group is hiring a Legal – Corporate Advisory professional with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and transactional documents while mitigating legal, commercial and regulatory risks.
- Lead risk mitigation discussions and provide accurate legal advice on applicable laws and regulations.
- Use contract management tools for end-to-end lifecycle management and provide reports to senior management.
- Develop legal expertise, update business units on regulatory changes, and conduct workshops and training.
- Create and update standard templates, manuals and playbooks on frequently encountered legal matters.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and laws applicable to manufacturing companies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong ethics and quick responsiveness.
