Details of the Job/Internship

The Dimensions is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal & Documentation Assistant with 1 to 2 years of experience to join their office in Nashik.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and legal records.
• Review and interpret legal land documents, agreements, and regulatory paperwork.
• Liaise with legal consultants, government offices, and clients for document verification and compliance.
• Translate or interpret Marathi land/legal documents into English as required.
• Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure all required approvals and documentation are in place.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all legal and administrative documents.
• Support with project registrations, land ownership verifications, and related tasks.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in legal documentation, clerical work, or similar roles (preferably in the real estate, construction, or architectural field).
• Basic knowledge of land laws, building regulations, and legal terminology related to property and construction.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Marathi and English.
• Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and digital documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
