Details of the Job/Internship
PR Pundit Havas Red is hiring a Legal & Finance Executive to join their team in Gurugram. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and legal compliance within a fast-paced PR agency environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors for contract vetting, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
- Ensure the organization’s legal and contractual obligations are met, including regulatory filings and renewals.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Support the finance team with invoice generation, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and ensure timely client billing and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a service-based organization or PR/Media/Advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, legal compliance, and finance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, or relevant financial software.
- Good understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.).
