Details of the Job/Internship

River is hiring a Legal Intern to support its legal team in contract review, regulatory compliance, and legal research at its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance matters.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
• Support documentation for regulatory filings and corporate governance.
• Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and track action items.
• Maintain trackers, document repositories, and organize legal records.
• Assist in compliance audits and investigations.
• Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• Preferably currently pursuing or 2025 pass out.
• 0–1 year of experience in a legal department or law firm.
• Independent, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
