Details of the Job/Internship
V Juridique is hiring a Legal & IP Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their on-site team at a premier government-backed innovation and prototyping center in Hyderabad. The role involves working at the intersection of corporate law, transactions, and intellectual property while engaging directly with founders, investors, and innovators.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site legal point of contact for innovators and startups, managing legal and IP requirements.
- Liaise between the central legal team and the on-ground innovation ecosystem.
- Draft, review, and manage agreements, including MoUs, NDAs, MSAs, service, vendor, employment, and data-sharing agreements.
- Assist in policy, compliance, and risk advisory, including privacy and safety documentation.
- Facilitate IP support such as patent and trademark filings and coordinate invention disclosures.
- Support founder bootcamps and workshops on legal and IP readiness for startups.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B.) with 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal, startup advisory, or IP law.
- Familiarity with contracts, startups, IP basics, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
