Agricul™ is hiring a Legal & Liaisoning Manager with 5–10 years of experience to join their office in Safidon, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and vendor or distributor agreements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to civil, commercial, and labour disputes.
- Liaise with government departments such as Agriculture, Pollution Control Board, Labour, Excise, ROC, and FSSAI.
- Handle licensing, renewals, clearances, and submissions for manufacturing units.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Factory Act, GST, and environmental laws.
- Support CS/CA teams in preparing Board documentation, filings, and resolutions.
- Develop and implement internal policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Provide legal support to HR, Purchase, Operations, and Sales teams.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed institution.
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal and liaisoning, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract, company, labour, and environmental laws.
- Proven experience in government liaisoning at the state or district level.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for factory, site, and government visits.
