Details of the Job/Internship

Houzbay is hiring a Legal & Liaisoning Professional with experience of 3–6 years to join their CRM team in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end legal closure process for residential units, starting from booking through to official registration.
• Handle all legal documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a primary liaison between developers, the internal CRM department, and external customer lawyers.
• Provide expert legal consultancy and advice on property-related matters to resolve complex legal issues.
• Support the negotiation of contracts and ensure all applicable laws and regulations are strictly followed.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders and external entities to expedite project timelines.
• Maintain organized records of all legal clearances, title deeds, and registration documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of core experience specifically within the Real Estate sector.
• Proficiency in handling various legal aspects of Indian property transactions and liaisoning.
• Strong skills in legal consulting with the ability to provide expert advice to high-stakes stakeholders.
• Proven experience in preparing and vetting complex real estate legal documents.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining intricate legal jargon to clients and developers.
