Nandi Housing Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal & Operations Associate with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft clear and structured communications for residents and external stakeholders.
- Review and manage agreements, documents, and internal records.
- Track land titles, ownership history, and related documentation.
- Maintain trackers in Excel for legal and operational data.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate across teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support compliance tracking and documentation processes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating resident-facing events and internal initiatives.
- Manage logistics, communication, and execution support for events and meetings.
- Bring structure and efficiency to ongoing operational workflows.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (preferred) or strong background in legal or analytical work.
- 3–6 years of experience in legal, operations, compliance, or similar roles.
- Excellent writing and drafting skills.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Comfortable with both desk-based work and on-ground coordination.
- Not seeking litigation or court practice.
