Acumen offers a full range of services throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft including aircraft sourcing, pre-purchase inspections (physical and records), project management, lease management, re-marketing, fleet audits, aircraft trading, powerplant management, aircraft valuations and CAMO services.

Details of the Job/Internship

Acumen Aviation is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal & Secretarial-Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to join them at their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assistance in handling the Corporate Secretarial, corporate governance and compliance.
• functions of the group companies.
• Legal research and legal drafting.
• Assistance in Contract management.
• Assist HR in day-to-day activities.
• Any other duty / responsibility as assigned by management.

Eligibility

• Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Precision in drafting and reviewing legal documents ensures accuracy and compliance.
• Self motivated to take up assignments independently.
• Managing schedules, appointments, and large volumes of documents efficiently.
• Meeting strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with clients, lawyers, and other
• stakeholders.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Adequate working knowledge of MS Suite.

Salary/Stipend
