Reneev Developers is hiring a Legal-Admin Manager with relevant experience to join their office in Gota, Ahmedabad. The role involves managing property documentation and municipal liasoning processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the liaison checklist provided by authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to gather required information and documents.
- Verify documents for authenticity and accuracy before submission to the liaison officer.
- Collect member details from the Sales Head for documentation.
- Coordinate with legal advocates for drafting agreements and deeds.
- Submit drafts for senior management approval.
- Arrange and manage token and registration dates at the Sub-Registrar office.
- Handle signing and biometric processes during registration.
- Collect original registered documents from the advocate.
- Scan and upload final documents to the designated drive and internal groups.
Eligibility
- Excellent document management and verification skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of real estate legal procedures and municipal permissions.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient with digital documentation (scanning, uploading, and organised file management).
