Umanist NA is hiring for the position of Legal Administration Lead with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Entity Administration: Maintain and update the entity management database; manage entity formations, closures, and registrations.
- Legal Billing: Oversee legal bill processing, approvals, reconciliations, and coordination with Accounts Payable.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare memos, maintain entity structure org charts, manage SharePoint content, and ensure timely quarterly/annual filings across jurisdictions.
- Due Diligence Support: Respond to due diligence requests with accurate disclosures and sensitive documentation.
- Project & Process Management: Drive process improvements, manage end-to-end projects, and collaborate with cross-border legal teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Legal Admin team; delegate effectively while ensuring deadlines are met.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in business operations or legal administration.
- Proven team leadership at Lead/Manager level (managing at least a 3-member team).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Stable career history with minimum 2 years in each role and no significant education/employment gaps.
