SVS Aqua Technologies LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Administrative Assistant to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including contracts, NDAs, internal policies, and operational agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal defenses, counterclaims, and documentation for civil, arbitration, criminal, and IP-related matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and identify applicable case laws, statutes, circulars, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms for case strategy, updates, and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth documentation flow for all ongoing legal matters.
- Provide routine compliance support to internal departments and ensure timely regulatory documentation.
- Draft professional communications and agreements in both English and Marathi, as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
- Solid understanding of civil, arbitration, criminal, and intellectual property laws.
- Proficient in legal drafting, especially in both English and Marathi.
- Strong legal research skills with the ability to interpret case laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with contract vetting, document control, and back-office legal support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
