Taxopedia Advisory (P) Ltd. is hiring an Operations Manager with 7–12 years of experience to join their office in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing workflow and case operations, overseeing deadlines and hearings, handling documentation systems, coordinating with clients and team members, and providing regular MIS updates to the Partner.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end workflow and case operations.
- Monitor deadlines, hearings, and departmental follow-ups.
- Oversee SharePoint-based MIS, trackers, and documentation systems.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and tax officers.
- Streamline drafting flow, annexure management, and filing operations.
- Provide daily reporting and weekly MIS updates to the Partner.
Eligibility
- 7–12 years of experience in operations, workflow management, MIS reporting, client coordination, or professional services administration.
- Strong organisational discipline and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage staff, interns, and administrative workflows.
- Structured mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
