NIQ is hiring a Legal Support Specialist with relevant experience in legal administration to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of law firms and legal vendors in the Legal Tracker system.
- Create and maintain legal matters within Legal Tracker, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
- Review and approve legal invoices as part of the initial workflow.
- Configure and manage approval workflows for legal matters and invoice processing.
- Generate and distribute reports for Legal and Finance teams to support spend and budget tracking.
- Facilitate vendor registration and onboarding in Ariba for non-law firm legal service providers.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Ariba.
- Manage urgent payment requests.
- Submit invoices via ServiceNow for processing.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
