Details of the Job/Internship
Greenway Health is hiring a Legal Administrator with experience of 3–5 years to join their legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Legal Department’s record-keeping systems.
- Manage the legal request Salesforce ticketing system, including assignment and tracking.
- Administer contracts, maintain templates, and support the contract management system.
- Assist with migration of the legal ticketing intake system.
- Support management of privacy matters and related systems.
- Oversee Legal Department policies and procedures.
- Respond to basic inquiries regarding contract obligations.
- Act as a liaison with internal departments and external parties.
- Support additional legal projects and tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three to five years of relevant legal assistant or legal administration experience.
- Strong understanding of legal contract structures and basic contract terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
