Khazna Data Centers is hiring a Legal Administrator to join their Legal Department in Dubai to manage legal documentation, contract workflows, and compliance processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records securely.
- Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents in digital and physical formats.
- File executed agreements and approvals with proper classification.
- Maintain the template library and control access.
- Support document retention and corporate records compliance.
- Develop user guides and FAQs.
- Maintain document formatting standards and ensure completeness of contract packs.
- Review final documents for accuracy, pagination, and quality.
- Provide formatting support for client-ready documents.
- Manage the Legal Intake System queue by triaging, assigning, and tracking requests.
- Follow up on missing inputs and resolve system issues.
- Monitor and report service level performance.
- Support preparation of contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Coordinate approvals, signatures, and execution workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority and governance requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation.
- Track deadlines and flag compliance risks.
- Act as a liaison between Legal, internal teams, and external parties.
- Manage communications and follow-ups with legal advisors.
- Prepare reports on legal activities and contract status.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers and monitor legal spend and budgets.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in legal administration or corporate legal support.
- Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- High standards of confidentiality and integrity.
