Law Hero is hiring a Legal Adviser with at least one year of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal advice letters and legal memoranda.
• Draft commercial contracts.
• Assist with company incorporation and corporate secretarial tasks.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare legal publications and support business development activities.

Eligibility

• Law degree and admission to practise law in home country.
• At least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
