Details of the Job/Internship

Law Hero is hiring a Legal Adviser with at least one year of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare formal letters of legal advice and detailed legal memos.
• Draft and review various commercial contracts.
• Assist with company incorporation processes and corporate secretary tasks.
• Undertake comprehensive legal research for international client projects.
• Prepare legal publications and support various business development initiatives.
• Manage client communication and project deliverables in English.

Eligibility

• Education: A law degree and admission to practice law in your home country.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
