Details of the Job/Internship
Mittal Brothers Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Advisor with 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal matters for their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates impacting the company.
- Conduct property due diligence including title verification, reports, and ownership validation.
- Provide legal advice on operational, commercial, and compliance issues.
- Represent the company in litigation before revenue authorities, courts, and statutory bodies.
- Draft and file pleadings, petitions, and litigation documents.
- Manage ongoing disputes, arbitration, and claims.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and case status reports.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government officials.
- Collaborate with business, finance, and project teams to align legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s (LLM) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, RERA, and redevelopment projects.
- Hands-on experience with title verification, IGR, and due diligence.
- Litigation experience representing organizations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal advice.
