Details of the Job/Internship
Fujitsu is hiring a Legal Advisor with 6–9 years of experience for its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle statutory compliances including labour laws, data protection, and environmental laws
- Draft legal notices, replies, affidavits, and warning letters
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Interact with government authorities at various levels.
- Represent the legal team in management and leadership forums.
- Manage and lead a legal team across various locations.
- Travel across PAN India locations as required.
- Handle litigation matters and ensure effective resolution.
Eligibility
- 6–9 years of relevant legal experience.
- Expertise in handling statutory compliance and labour matters.
- Experience in litigation and legal document drafting.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to travel and manage teams independently.
Salary/Stipend
