Details of the Job/Internship

Crowe Horwath IT Services LLP is hiring a Legal Advisor 2 with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review client/vendor contracts and RFPs.
• Identify risks and propose contract modifications.
• Draft agreements including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, data protection, and software licenses.
• Understand Crowe’s service lines and associated risks.
• Apply international laws, data protection, and AI-related regulations in contracts.
• Identify and advise on risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with US-based attorneys and deliver high-quality legal support.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree and qualification as a registered lawyer in India.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience in a reputed law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
