IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is hiring a legal advisor to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

 As a Legal Advisor at IIFL Samasta Finance Limited, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on corporate matters. Your day-to-day tasks will involve advising on legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Eligibility

• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience working as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role.

Salary/Stipend
