Acceptix is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor – EdTech to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and provide legal advice on contracts, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure all legal documentation complies with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure agreements aligned with strategic business goals.
• Provide legal support and risk assessments on ongoing and emerging matters across jurisdictions.

Eligibility

• Law degree with a focus in commercial or international law.
• Prior legal experience in the EdTech, education consultancy, or student mobility sectors.
• Strong understanding of cross-border regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Salary/Stipend
