The company is preparing to scale and requires an experienced Food & Corporate Law professional to provide strategic legal guidance and establish a strong legal and regulatory foundation.

Details of the Job/Internship

Nutribong is hiring a Legal Advisor – Food & Corporate Law with 6+ years of experience. This is an advisory role with long-term growth potential, covering both food law (regulatory approvals, licensing, compliance) and corporate law (business structuring, contracts, governance, investment agreements). The role is remote/flexible, with availability for on-site discussions when required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on food safety regulations, licenses, and compliance.
• Guide on business structuring, incorporation, and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnerships, contracts, and agreements.
• Advise on fundraising, investment contracts, and shareholder arrangements.
• Assist in intellectual property protection including trademarks and branding.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and taxation laws.
• Represent the company in regulatory and government interactions.
• Act as a long-term strategic legal partner, ensuring risk-free scaling of the business.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with proven experience in Food Law and Corporate Law.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably with food, health, or consumer-focused businesses.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety laws, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with ability to provide practical legal solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
