NikahForever is hiring a Legal Advisor (Intern) — Tech & Privacy to support its product and operations teams in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and provide guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology-related legal matters.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing privacy policies, terms of service, and user agreements.
• Support compliance with Indian IT laws, GDPR, and global data protection standards.
• Review vendor and partnership agreements for legal and privacy implications.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and regulations in tech and privacy domains.
• Coordinate with internal teams on data handling and privacy best practices.
• Assist in documentation and reports for audits or regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Current law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year course, or final year of a 3-year course).
• Strong interest in technology law, data privacy, and digital compliance.
• Knowledge of IT Act, GDPR, and privacy-related frameworks.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and integrity.
