Details of the Job/Internship

ITC Infotech is currently hiring for the position of Legal Advisor/Executive at its Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in handling legal matters, preferably in a corporate or IT environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT/ITES contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and service-level agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on employment, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risk, compliance, and policy matters.
• Support international transactions and coordinate with legal counterparts in global jurisdictions.
• Interpret contractual provisions and mitigate risks through well-structured legal opinions.
• Ensure timely legal input in strategic and routine business decisions.
