Details of the Job/Internship
Sapiens is hiring a Legal Advisor with 3–5 years of experience to join their Bangalore office in a hybrid work model.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters across the APAC region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor and service agreements.
- Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and align legal strategies with business objectives.
