This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor at Agasthya Developers in Namakkal.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Issues expertise.
• Legal Document.
• Ability to provide sound Legal Advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in tamil and english for written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Liaison works (corodinate with govt officials to comply the legal queries).
• Field work.
• DTCP,RERA approval process .
• Local body procedure for approvals to building and layout.
