Details of the Job/Internship

Araa Group Advocates and Legal Consultant is hiring a Legal Advisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The position involves providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, and assisting clients with a range of legal matters, including labor and employment issues.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice.
• Conducting legal research.
• Reviewing contracts and drafting agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assisting clients with various legal issues, including labor and employment matters.
• Representing clients in legal disputes.
• Coordinating closely with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in providing legal advice and addressing legal issues.
• Expertise in legal document preparation and drafting agreements.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualifications.
• Proven experience in a similar legal advisory role.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proven experience in civil, criminal, and commercial law.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Salary/Stipend
