Arcitech is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with local, state, and national laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
- Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Provide support on employment law, vendor contracts, and data privacy policies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property laws.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide proactive legal solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
