Details of the Job/Internship
Asmita Group is hiring a Legal Advisor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate or civil law for its Mira Road office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare reports for senior management on legal matters.
- File and manage revised agreements for sale.
- Draft, structure, and review legal documents such as deeds and reports.
- Educate employees on legal and compliance-related matters.
- Evaluate business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Assist in developing and updating internal policies for compliance.
- Coordinate with advocates in court matters and proceedings.
- Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
- Handle RERA matters from project registration to quarterly updates.
- Manage matters related to redevelopment, MBMC compliance, and society formation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a real estate or civil lawyer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High analytical ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
