Details of the Job/Internship

AsmitA India Realty is hiring Legal Advisor with the experience of 8+ year to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for senior management on legal activities and issues.
• Filing the revised agreement for sale.
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents (e.g. deeds).
• Educate employees on legal matters and compliance issues.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
• Contribute to the development and revision of internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with the advocate in court matter & proceedings.
• Identify legal risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 8+ of work experience as a real estate/ civil lawyer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
