Bajaj Real Estate is hiring for the position of Legal Advisor with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Raipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft & review contracts, lease agreements, and investment-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and corporate governance policies.
• Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, sales, and investment agreements.
• Advise on dispute resolution strategies and risk mitigation in real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to provide legal insights that support business decisions.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate and corporate laws to ensure proactive legal risk management.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB/LLM with a specialization in real estate, corporate, or commercial law.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in legal advisory, with a strong background in real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract drafting, due diligence, and legal risk assessment.
• Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
