CarePlix Healthcare is hiring a legal professional with 2–3 years of experience.
The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS platform agreements including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS platform agreements including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Advise on regional and international cloud compliance, data protection, and AI regulations.
• Handle IP-related matters including trademark filings, licensing, and IP documentation.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and risk reviews.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, and commercial teams for business development and operations.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of legal experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Services.
• LLB required; LLM preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
