Details of the Job/Internship

Cascade Buildtech is hiring a Legal Advisor to join their office in the Mohali district.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Providing expert legal advice to support decision-making.
• Resolving legal issues related to real estate transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Advising on labour and employment law issues.
• Liaising with external stakeholders, including banks and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility

• Knowledge and expertise in law and labour and employment law.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and resolving legal issues.
• Ability to provide practical and effective legal advice.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of property and real estate law and financial regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Enrollment with a recognised legal bar association is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate legal advisory is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
